Prone
Prone: To be prone is to be lying flat (as opposed to crouching or standing), most likely face-downwards. (wkt)
To raise oneself from prone to another posture costs as as move, as does lowering oneself to prone position from standing upright. To drop from a crouch to prone is a free action.
Any activity or essay complicated by being prone has it's Difficulty increased by 5.

The word prone is from the Middle English prone, proone or proon, originally from Latin prōnus (“turned forward, bent or inclined”), from prō (“forward”).
